A lentiviral gene trap vector inserted into the first intron of the Tmem41b (Stasimon) gene. RT-qPCR analysis revealed a ~50% reduction of mRNA levels in heterozygous mutant embryos and the absence of mRNA expression in homozygous mutant embryos at E8.5.
