Sequence tags for this gene trap insertion align in multiple locations. However, it has been demonstrated that the gene trap vector (VICTR37) inserted in intron 1 of Tomm5. No endogenous gene transcript can be identified in kidney of spleen extracts of homozygous mice. (J:186382)
