The pGT0lxf gene trap vector has integrated into intron 4. The pGT0lxf vector contains 1.5 kb of intron 1 and the exon 2 splice acceptor from the mouse En2 gene - the latter flanked by a Lox71 and a loxP site - followed by a beta-galactosidase/neomycin transferase fusion gene (betageo), the SV40 polyadenylation signal and a fRT site, inserted into intron 4.
