Npas3^tm1Mesu

Part of exon 4 was replaced with a neo cassette. This deletion is predicted to produce a protein lacking part of the PAS-A domain and all of the PAS-B domain. The absence of transcript expression was confirmed by QRT-PCR on E12.5 lung extracts. (J:150793)
