A transgenic construct containing cDNA for the human paired-like homeodomain 2, human, PITX2A, isoform under the control of the mouse keratocan ( Kera) promoter, and rabbit beta-globin polyA signal sequences was injected into fertilized CBAB6F2 mouse eggs. Numerous founders were obtained. In line B, multiple copies were found to be integrated on chromosome 12B3. Lines A and B display identical phenotypes. (J:93634)
