Tg(Kera-PITX2*A)AHjal

A transgenic construct containing cDNA for the human paired-like homeodomain 2, human, PITX2, A isoform, under the control of the mouse keratocan (Kera) promoter, and rabbit beta-globin polyA signal sequences was injected into fertilized CBAB6F2 mouse eggs. Numerous founders were obtained. In line A, multiple copies were found to be integrated into chromosome 10B1. Lines A and B display identical phenotypes. (J:93634)
