The mouse cardiac alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter (Myh6) drives the expression of a human PTGS2 (COX-2) gene including 5' UTR region. The poly (A) signal sequences of human growth hormone were included at the 3' end of the construct. Three copies of the transgene are present in line 17.
