The alpha subunit of ivermectin-sensitive C. elegans glutamate-gated choride channels (glc-1), followed by IRES and rtTA sequences was inserted at the ATG start codon of the mouse Prkcd (protein kinase C, delta) BAC RP23-283B12. The transgenic vector was introduced to CD-1 embryos. (J:101977)
