The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 8001bp between positions 120352371-120360371 of Chromosome 8 (Build GRCm39). RT-PCR analysis of testicular tissue confirmed the absence of expression in homozygous mutant males. (J:136110, J:302033)
