This transgene expresses the human STAT6 gene, with codons V625 and T626 mutated to express alanine and a C-terminal FLAG tag added, under transcriptional control of the CD2 locus control region. This promoter restricted expression of the transgene primarily to B and T lymphocytes. In addition to line 78, founder line 24 was also established. (J:133480)
