A lentivirus based gene trap inserted into the intron 5' to the third non-coding exon upstream of the first coding exon (position 67396821 Ensembl build 37). Reduced protein expression in homozygotes was confirmed by western blot to be 80% in brain, 63% in heart, 93% in kidney, and 97% in spleen. (J:148426)
