The chicken beta actin promoter and cytomegalovirus immediate early enhancer (pCAGGS) drive expression of a human PKD2 cDNA. Four lines (C, D, E, F) were generated all containing multiple copies of the transgene. Semi quantitative RT-PCR and western blot analysis confirmed expression of the transgene in the kidneys.
