Exon 2 was replaced with a myc-tagged cDNA lacking the RGS domain followed by a floxed neo cassette. Germ line, cre mediated recombination was used to remove the neo cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed 80% expression of the truncated protein. (J:147293)
