A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 3, and a floxed hygro cassette was inserted downstream of exon 3. Transient cre expression in ES cells was used to remove the hygro cassette. ES cells originally used to create this allele contained Mll1tm1Sjk. (J:147266)
