The human promoter was used to drive expression of a human papilloma virus 16 (HPV16) genomic fragment encoding E6 but lacking amino acids 146 through 151 (the last six amino acids of the PDZ domain) with the E6/E7 translation termination linker and polyA sequences in the epithelium. Six lines were generated with line 512 selected as the representative line. (J:86871)
