The tetracycline operon was used to drive inducible expression of a human cDNA with nucleotide substitutions that result in the amino acid substitution of glutamic acid for valine at position 600 (V600E). This mutation creates a constitutively active form. Two lines were created (lines 29 and 13). Line 29 was selected as the representative line. (J:144358)
