The rat promoter was used to drive acinar cell-specific expression of a flag-tagged cDNA with nucleotide substitutions that result in the amino acid substitution of histidine for arginine at position 122 (R122H) and an IRES-GFP reporter. Three lines were made with copy numbers of the transgene ranging from ten (in two of three lines) to low numbers (in one line). No line numbers were given. (J:144663)
