Hprt1^tm2(AGT)Asku

The complete 13.5kb human AGT genomic sequence from an AG haplotype individual was inserted upstream of the Hprt locus in BK4 ES cells. The AG haplotype contains the following nucleotides at the positions indicated: -6A, -20A, -217G, -532C, -793G, -1074G. The insertion vector also restored part of the Hprt promoter and exon regions that are missing in BK4 ES cells. (J:143791)
