Ptpn3^{Gt(RRR012)Byg}

A beta-geo gene trap vector was inserted into exon 27 of the locus where the nucleophilic cysteine residue necessary for enzymatic activity is encoded. The gene trap vector inserted into the same location as the Ptpn3Gt(RRS555)Byg allele. No protein (endogenous or N-terminal portion of endogenous protein fused to beta-geo) was detected by immunoblot assays on homozygote brain extract. (J:144280)
