The pGT2TMPFS gene trap vector containing a beta-geo cassette was inserted downstream of exon 2. Transcript expression is reduced to 3% of wild-type as determined by quantitative RT-PCR. This allele is severely hyppomorphic. (J:67920, J:142510)
