The modified chicken beta-actin promoter (CAG) was used to drive ubiquitous expression of a floxed lacZ gene with a nuclear localization signal and a triple polyadenylation sequence. The floxed cassette is followed by a constitutively active human BMPR1A sequence with the amino acid substitution of aspartic acid for glutamine at position 227 (Q227D), an IRES sequence, and the EGFP coding sequence. Expression of the constitutively active BMPR1A and EGFP are cre-dependent. No line information is available. (J:143588)
