This transgene consists of a CAG promoter followed by a floxed beta geo cassette, a mouse sprouty 2 cDNA, an IRES, and a human placental alkaline phosphatase cDNA. In the absence of Cre mediated recombination only lacZ is expressed. Following Cre mediated recombination Spry2 and ALPP are expressed. (J:112804)
