The mouse promoter was used to drive early hematopoietic cell-specific expression of human SET intron 7-8 fused to NUP214 intron 17-18. This fusion mimics the human translocation t(9,9)(q32;34) identified in patients with acute undifferentiated leukemia. Three lines were created (2945, 2969, and 2971) with line 2969 selected as the representative line. (J:142938)
