The ubiquitous CAG (chicken beta actin) promoter was used to drive cre-dependent expression of a constitutively active Map2k1 gene, in which glutamines where substituted for serines at positions 217 and 221, following removal of an intervening floxed chloramphenicol (cat) gene. Several lines were created with similar expression patterns. (No line names given) (J:142212)
