A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 3 and an frt flanked neo cassette, second loxP site, and a human alkaline phosphatase gene were inserted in the 3' UTR of exon 3. Quantitative RT-PCR indicated a decrease in RNA expression in homozygous embryos. (J:141834)
