The entire coding sequence was replaced with a lacZ reporter and PGK-neo cassette. RT-PCR analysis confirmed the absence of expression mRNA in homozygotes. LacZ expression was detected in the hippocampus, posterior commissure, habenula, cerebellum, olfactory glomeruli, and dorsal tegmental nucleus. (J:140787)
