The human promoter was fused to seven copies of the tetracycline responsive element (TRE) to drive expression of the 5'UTR followed by an EGFP gene fused to the 3'UTR contained 5 CTG repeats and the first intron. The fusion product is expressed in accordance with the expression pattern of the endogenous promoter. Two lines were created (5-313 and 5-336). (J:113088)
