The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 7346bp between positions 24597866-24605211 of Chromosome 6 (Build GRCm39). The entire gene starting at the translational start site and ending at the translational stop site, was replaced with the lacZ reporter cassette. Western blot confirmed complete loss of protein in the left ventricle. (J:136110, J:227272)
