The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 1620bp between positions 30841100-30842719 of Chromosome 11 (Build GRCm39). RT-qPCR demonstrated the absence of transcripts in retinal samples from homozygous mutant mice. Immunohistochemistry using an anti-GPR75 polyclonal antibody generated against an epitope in the carboxy-terminal tail confirmed the absence of protein in the retina. (J:136110, J:341992)
