The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 31129bp between positions 21373050-21404178 of Chromosome 2 (Build GRCm39). The first two exons encoding 1/3 of the entire protein sequence were replaced with a LacZ cassette containing a stop codon. (J:136110, J:232911)
