A floxed neo cassette was inserted within intron 4 by homologous recombination. The neo cassette was then excised with cre recombines leaving a single loxP site in intron 4. This allele is a wild-type used as control. Expression of normal amounts of wild-type proteins was confirmed by immunoblot. (J:137061)
