The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 2142 bp between positions 167308831-167310972 of Chromosome 2 (Genome Build37). This deletes the entire 2-exon coding region. Western blot experiments confirmed the lack of protein expression from this allele in mice, mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). (J:136110)
