A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 21 and an frt-flanked neo cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 22. Germ line, flp-mediated recombination was used to remove the neo cassette leaving exons 21 and 22 floxed. (J:136305)
