The Igkj segments were replaced with a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette and a human variable and joint segments that recognize CHEB with a 3' loxP site. Subsequent germ line, cre-mediated recombination was used to remove the neo cassette and the inserted human variable and joint segments. (J:135758)
