This transgenic construct expresses a high-affinity AP-1 dominant-negative protein (A-FOS) via tetracycline-inducible promoter elements. A-FOS is a chimeric protein containing the c-FOS leucine zipper and a designed acidic protein sequence that replaces the DNA-binding region. (J:112098)
