Tg(PRNP)650Insra

This transgene contains a human PAC with 110 kb long fragment with the entire human PRNP gene and flanking genes (such as DOPPLE). Three lines were created with 1, 3 and 5 copies of the PAC at one integration site. Line 650 contains 5 copies. Expression in the brain is 6-fold higher than in the null background. (J:131324)
