Nanos3^tm2(cre)Ysa

The cre recombinase coding sequence and SV40 polyadenylation signal followed by an frt-flanked PGK-neo selection cassette (in the opposite orientation) was inserted into exon1 by homologous recombination of the Nanos3 gene in TT2 ES cells. Expression is detected at E7.75 in germ cells during the migration stage and after entry into the gonad. (J:136687)
