Tg(Myh6-Mef2d)2Eno

Mouse cDNA encoding FLAG-tagged mouse Mef2d was put under control of the mouse cardiac myosin heavy chain promoter. The construct also contains the human growth hormone polyA signal. Three transgenic lines were established (1, 2, and 3). Line 2 was more extensively characterized. Western blot analysis shows 15-fold higher levels of Mef2d expression compared to non-transgenic mice. (J:130825)
