Del(5Cyp3a57-Cyp3a59)2Nki

The intronic sequence between exon 2 and 3 of Cyp3a57 was replaced with a floxed neo cassette and 2.2 kb downstream of exon 13 a thymidine kinase and a floxed hygromycin cassette were inserted into the genomic sequence of Cyp3a59. Transfection of ES cells with a cre recombinase resulted in the deletion of Cyp3a57, Cyp3a16, Cyp3a41, Cyp3a44, Cyp3a11, Cyp3a25 and Cyp3a59. (J:127366)
