Mitftm1Arnh mice were crossed with a Cre deleter strain to remove the floxed neomycin cassette from germline cells. Removal of the neomycin selection cassette was confirmed by genomic PCR. Coat pigmentation is more enhanced in homozygotes compared to homozgyotes of the Mitftm1Arnh parental strain. (J:130168)
