A loxP-flanked neomycin resistance cassette (Neo) is present in intron 1, upstream of the first coding exon (exon 2), and a third loxP site resides downstream of the fourth coding exon (exon 5). Partial Cre-mediated recombination in vivo was used to delete only the floxed Neo cassette and create the Tln1tm4.1Crit allele. (J:131145)
