This transgene puts rat Olfr2 gene and cre recombinase gene separated by an internal ribosomal entery site (IRES) under the control of mouse Olfr16 promoter. An enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) reporter gene was inserted downstream of the cre recombinase. (J:128070)
