A floxed cassette containing both Neo and TK selection markers was introduced into the second intron and a third loxP site into intron 4 of the gene. After transient Cre expression, clones were selected that had the selection cassette removed while leaving exons 3 and 4 flanked by loxP sites. PCR confirmed insertion of loxP sites. (J:127458)
