The construct has the DsRed gene under control of the Cd4 antigen promoter. FACS analysis of splenic lymphocytes shows fluorescence in 36% of CD4 and 6% of CD8 T-cells with minimal expression (only background levels) in splenic B cells or macrophages. (J:127785)
