The 5' flanking promoter and transcriptional start site of the mouse H-2Kb gene was fused to the SV40 tsA58 early region coding sequence. Thirty-four mice carrying from one to five copies of the transgene were born. Several lines were analysed. Line 11 is entered as the representative for all of these lines. (J:126941)
