A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 21 and a floxed neo cassette downstream of exon 21 to create a floxed allele in EB3 ES cells. Insertion was confirmed by Southern blot analysis. EB3 cells carry one allele of Pou5f1 that has been inactivated by targeted integration of E14Tg2a ES cells with an IRESBSDpA selection cassette. (J:126164)
