Fragments of Valpha18 (P14A.1)-Jalpha45 and Vbeta6-Dbeta1-Jbeta2.2 were PCR-amplified from genomic DNA of hCLIP:I-Ab-specific T cell hybridoma 51-11.5 grown in H2b (C57BL/6J) mice. The amplified fragments were inserted into separate vectors and co-injected into (C57BL/6 x DBA/2)F2 embryos. Mouse -derived T cell receptor promoters (Tcra, Tcrb) drive expression. This founder line (AR206), carrying co-integrated transgenes, was backcrossed more than 15 times to C57BL/6. (J:125548)
