Rearranged Tcra and Tcrb derived from HSV-1 glycoprotein B specific CTL clone HSV2.3 were placed under the control of a 2 kb fragment of the H-2Kb and a 700 bp fragment including the Igh enhancer. The two constructs were coinjected into F1 embryo zygotes resulting in the establishment of two founder lines. In line L118-1 the two constructs appear to have cointegrated at one site. After backcrossing to C57BL/6, the mouse line referred to as gBT-I.1 was established. (J:124700, J:124701)
