A loxP site and frt flanked neo cassette were inserted into intron 1, a flag epitope was added to the end of exon 2, and an IRES site, lacZ cassette and second loxP site were inserted into intron 2. LacZ expression was confirmed by a beta-galactosidase assay of parasagittal brain sections. (J:119861)
