ES cells containing Tcrbtm1Slek, which contain a loxP site in place of the Dbeta2-Jbeta2 gene cluster, were targeted with a vector to remove remove Dbeta1 and its flanking RSSs from the locus. The vector also replaced the Jb1.2 12 RSS with the 5' Dbeta1 12-RSS. (J:119552)
